- Can I use multiple phones with iTalkBB's service? How to install?

- Can I transfer my phone number to iTalkBB and how long till the number transfer take?
- iTalkBB Home Phone provides you free number transfer service, helping you keep your current phone number. The number transfer usually takes 2-6 weeks. During this period, please DO NOT cancel your phone service with your current carrier. We will give you a temporary number for your iTalkBB Home Phone. 2) Please make sure the following information is on the phone bill you provided to us: Name, Address and the Phone Number you wish to transfer. All information has to be consistent with information provided on the Letter of Authorization Form.
3) DO NOT cancel your phone service with your previous phone service provider during the number transfer process, otherwise your phone number may fail to be transfer and could be lost permanently.
- How do I know the number is successfully transferred?
- Number transfer usually takes 2-6 weeks. During the process, we will send you email notifications regarding the progress. After your number has been successfully transferred to iTalkBB, your previous phone service will be automatically cancelled. You don't need to cancel the service yourself. However, we suggest you to contact your phone company to confirm the termination of the service.
- Do I need to cancel my current phone service during number transfer?
- Please DO NOT cancel your phone service with your previous phone service provider during the number transfer process. Otherwise your number may be lost which causes your number transfer fail. After your number has been successfully transferred to iTalkBB, your previous phone service will be automatically cancelled. You don't need to cancel the service yourself. However, we suggest you to contact your phone company to confirm the termination of the service.
- Can all telephone number be transferred to iTalkBB?
- Most of the numbers can be transferred without problem. However, for a few DSL customers, their telephone service is bundled with the DSL broadband service. Therefore, the telephone service cannot be canceled alone. If you are a DSL customer, please verify with your DSL company before you submit the telephone transfer application. iTalkBB is not responsible for any loss due to number transfer.

- How to use iTalkBB Home Phone to make phone calls?
- It is basically the same as traditional home phone. You only need to pick up the phone and dial the destination phone number.
1. For calls within Canada & the US & Canada: Dial Area Code + Phone Number (i.e. 1-202-888-8888)

- With iTalkBB'S secure account management site, you can easily view or print your detailed bill for every month online. You canclick hereto view your detailed phone usage and call records.
• On the first day of each billing cycle, iTalkBB will make one charge which includes current monthly fee, additional local/domestic long distance/international long distance charge from the previous month, and "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges".
• Within one billing cycle, if additional local/domestic long distance/international long distance charge exceeds $20.00, your credit card will be automatically charged for $20.00 before the next billing cycle.
- Will I receive a paper bill?

- Why do I have multiple charges on one monthly bill?
- Here are some possibilities:
For new customers, your credit card has been charged with activation fee and shipping and handling fee during sign up. When you use your iTalkBB service for the first time, the monthly fee and "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges" for the first month is automatically charged. Therefore, you will see 2 charges on your credit card statement during the first month.
For all the unlimited calling plan users, iTalkBB will make one charge at the beginning of the month which includes current monthly fee, "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges", and international long distance charge from the previous month. Within one billing cycle, if your long distance charge exceeds $20.00, your credit card will be automatically charged for $20.00 before the next billing cycle.
If you are not an unlimited calling plan user, your credit card will be charged for the monthly fee and Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges when the account is established. Starts from the second billing cycle, your monthly payment will include monthly fee, Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges, and the local/domestic long distance/ international long distance charge from the previous month. Within one billing cycle, if your local/domestic long distance/international long distance charge exceeds $20.00, your credit card will be automatically charged for $20.00 before the next billing cycle.
- What is the Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges?
- The Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges is an additional charge above the basic monthly service fee. It includes porting cost, E911 charges, System Access Fee, HST paid to service and equipment providers, Do Not Call Cost, DID cost and other related regulatory fees which are collected by iTalkBB and paid over to related government departments. Unlike some other telecom companies changing the said fees and charges item by item, we charge a very low flat rate with all inclusive. For all iTalkBB Global Unlimited Plan customers, a flat rate of $3.88/month per phone line applies; for all iTalkBB Canada Unlimited Plan customers, a flat rate of $2.88/month per phone line applies.

In your iTalkBB account, your monthly charges and the Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges are shown as two separate charges, whereas they are shown as a total that is charged to your credit card on your credit card statement.
